A tug and barge was boarded by two perpetrators while underway (1°11’21.0″N 103°52’12.6″E) along Eastbound lane of Traffic Separation Scheme in Singapore Strait on 03 Nov at 1924 (UTC +8).
All vessels in the vicinity are advised to exercise caution and to report any suspicious sighting to the IFC and local authorities.
